The third res at Harthill is a proper ‘runs water’ with a very high stocking of carp, ranging from around 8lb up to low twenties. With bites almost guaranteed, it’s the perfect place for beginner and young carp anglers to practice their techniques, or for the more experienced angler to have some fun and get a bend in the rod. The lake also contains a large head of Tench.

Thirteen new swims have been built all along the left hand side of the reservoir. This gives all anglers their own water to fish with no anglers fishing on the opposite bank.

Parking is available between the first and second reservoirs, with a short walk up to the third reservoir. If you bring a lot of tackle with you then a barrow will be required.

All tickets must be purchased before fishing.
